Vegetable ragi delight.
Ingredients: 
1/2 cup ragi flour
1 cup tomato juice made of 2 big tomatoes
1 onion
4 beans
1 small carrot
1/4 capsicum
2 tbs fresh green peas (if the overnight soaked peas, you have cook it in advance)
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp gingerly oil 
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp urad dal (split)
salt to taste
Mix ragi flour and tomato juice well and keep aside for ten minutes. (this should be in the consistency of dosa dough)
Finely chop all the vegetables.
Heat pan and pour oil.
Add mustard and dal.
Now add onion first, fry a little, then add beans and carrot.
When it is 1/2 cooked add capsicum and fresh peas.
Add chilli powder and salt.
Pour the ragi tomato mix and stir well.
Take care to stir it well without lumps.
 It is cooked well like a ball and leaves the pan easily.
Now grease a small cup with little oil and fill it tightly and turn over in a flat plate.
Repeat the same with all the dough. 
The healthy, nutritious vegetable ragi delight is ready to consume.

 This is good especially for  teenage girls, since most of the teenage girls suffer with deficiency of hemoglobin.
